How long does it take for new orders to arrive?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Cairo: 2–3 business days
- Giza: 3–4 business days
- Alexandria and outside Cairo: 3–6 business days
Please note that Fridays and official/sudden vacations
are not counted as working days.
Orders placed during vacations are processed once operations resume.
Shipping Fee: Standard shipping is 75 EGP across all Egypt.

What is your return and exchange policy?
You may return any unwanted product within 7 days of
receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags attached.
You are also welcome to inspect the product with the delivery representative before accepting it. If you decide not to proceed, you may refuse the order, and no shipping fees will be charged.
❌ Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or returned without tags are not eligible for a refund.

The item or size I want is out of stock, when will it restock?
Some items and sizes may sell out quickly due to high
demand.
Restock dates vary by product.
To stay updated, we recommend following us on social media or subscribing for notifications on upcoming restocks and new drops.
Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes.
Each product page includes a detailed and accurate size chart. Please review it carefully before placing your order.
If you receive your order and find that the size is not
suitable, simply contact us and we will assist you with an exchange.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrectitem?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact
us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
